The bespoke early 1970s style furniture and design pieces simply exude comfort. The expansive glass frontage brings the lake and the park right into the suite, creating stunning lighting effects.

Design
Simple Caroline Pine furniture, with the predominance of clean lines and distinctive colours are Othmar Barth's signature design for Seehotel Ambach's interior. Barth settled primarily for a restricted palette of matte red oxide or olive green. The original furniture, bearing the signs of aging, was entrusted to local master craftspeople for restoration. Everything has been sanded, polished and reupholstered. However, not a single item of furniture was replaced or altered in form or colour.
Architecture
The Classic Suites with loggias are on the first and second floors of the hotel. Each is comprised of two connected rooms and a modern bathroom.
Views
The intimate relationship between architecture and landscape is immediately visible on entering the suite, and even more so from the loggia, as it opens onto the views of the lake and park. At the same time, the loggia allows privacy while remaining in the open air.
The Bathroom
The completely refurbished bathroom fits seamlessly into the 1970s styling. The spacious new crescent-shaped rain shower was moved behind the rounded tiled wall, ingeniously so by local craftspeople.
Offering a total of 36 ㎡, Classic Suites are ideal for two to four people. Every suite has one or two loggias.
